Need to buid/design new website for a sports-themed literary magazine

I'd like to build a website for a sport-themed literary magazine (The SportScribe) at www.thesportscribe.com with a logo. The magazine will publish sports-themed poetry, fiction, creative non-fiction, essays, interviews and book reviews. It will have several pages - home, about us, masthead, current issue, archives, submissions, join us, newsletter. I will publish a quarterly magazine and some themed magazines, and I'd also like to publish new material on the home page once or twice per week. I already have some content.
