Create a PDF Quarterly Report using information provided in a Word Document.

We are looking for someone to create a PDF Report for us with information that is provided in a Word Document. All of the text needed for the PDF report is in the Word Document, and we are looking for someone to put a creative design into it. The report should look clean and professional. We we're hoping to have the PDF Report returned to us no later than Monday, March 10th; but the sooner the better. Please note that minor revisions may be requested. I have attached the word document for your review. Additionally, I have attached photos and our color code is (#035c67). Other colors can be used, but we want this to be the main color. We want the report to be branded as "WMA Portfolio, LLC". This is the name of the Fund, and this report will be sent to our investor base. Please feel free to add a header labeled: WMA Portfolio, LLC. If you have any questions, please let me know.
