We’re building RMF Navigator — a compliance automation agent that helps federal contractors and DoD-aligned tech teams rapidly generate security documentation for ATO and FedRAMP readiness. We’re looking for an experienced n8n developer with GPT integration experience to create a Phase 1 MVP that combines automation, AI, and human-in-the-loop (HITL) logic. What You’ll Build (MVP Scope): A chat + upload interface (via webhook or form) where users: Input system details (impact level, environment, overlays) Upload files (e.g., Nessus scans, eMASS exports) Ask questions about NIST SP controls (e.g., “What’s a good AC-2 statement for AWS?”) n8n automation that: Pulls from structured examples (in Google Sheets or Airtable) Sends context to Azure OpenAI GPT (you’ll write/optimize prompts) Returns implementation drafts in plain English Triggers a human review flow (via email, Slack, or Google Form) On approval, appends the text to a System Security Plan (SSP) doc in Google Docs or Markdown Deep experience with n8n and building multi-step workflows Azure OpenAI or OpenAI API integration (GPT-4 preferred) Airtable, Google Sheets, or vector search integration for retrieval Experience building human-in-the-loop workflows (email, form, or messaging) Able to export generated content to Google Docs, Markdown, or DOCX Nice to Have: Understanding of RMF, FedRAMP, or compliance automation Familiar with parsing eMASS/Nessus outputs Can help define logic trees for control tailoring
