Role Overview: We’re looking for a Machine Learning Engineer with hands-on experience fine-tuning large language models (LLMs) for domain-specific applications. You'll help us adapt modern generative models to the unique challenges of the automotive space, leveraging structured knowledge and multi-step reasoning to create smarter, more context-aware systems to create an agent. What You'll Do • Fine-tune and adapt pre-trained LLMs for automotive-specific tasks and user experiences. • Build LLM pipelines that incorporate external knowledge stores (e.g., vector databases, structured data, documents). • Develop and maintain workflows using Python-based tools for model training, evaluation, and deployment. • Work closely with our founder team to prototype and productionize intelligent agent experiences. Must-Have Qualifications: • Experience with modern generative models and fine-tuning large language models (e.g., LLaMA, Mistral, GPT, etc.). • Proven ability to integrate LLMs with retrieval systems or domain-specific knowledge bases. • Strong Python skills and familiarity with NLP/ML libraries such as LangChain, or similar. • Comfortable with experimentation, prompt tuning, and performance optimization in real-world settings. Nice-to-Have / Preferred: • Experience with LangGraph or other frameworks for orchestrating multi-step reasoning. • Familiarity with automotive systems, IoT, or voice-based interfaces. • Experience deploying LLM-based applications into production environments.
