Purchase Event not Tracking GA4

On April 22nd our GA4/Google Ads stopped tracking purchase events. All other events are still tracking but no transaction or revenue is being recorded in GA4 nor Google Ads. Need someone to hop on a call with me and walk me through as we can't provide any logins.
