We are seeking a freelancer to complete a project in a short timeframe of 3 weeks, including communication efforts to clarify and test the solution. Collect and decrypt RF data from a Neptune R900i water meter. Software-defined radio (SDR) seems to be the tool of choice. Store this limited data in a database on Raspberry Pi, then transmit via USB-RS485 to an AcquiSuite A8810.
