Build MVP of Social + Business Event App for College Students (React Native or Flutter)

Overview: MOVE is a location-based social platform that helps college students discover local events, bar/restaurant promotions, and social hangouts. We also provide privacy-first geolocation analytics for local businesses. We are seeking a developer to build an MVP version of this app for iOS and Android. Core Features (Student Side): User authentication (signup/login via email/password) Profile creation (username, DOB, phone number, profile picture, university) Home feed with event cards (local bar/restaurant events) University feed with student-hosted events Event detail screens Event creation form for students Location permissions and soft-tracking opt-in Core Features (Business Side): Business login/signup flow Business profile setup (location stored as geofence) Event creation (promotions, deals, or events with dates) Real-time visitor analytics dashboard (based on anonymous tracking) Privacy Tracking System: Anonymous user ID assigned on geofence entry Presence pinging every 5 min to check if user is still present Track entry/exit and calculate time spent inside Respect 5–10 min minimum visit before logging Do NOT store user PII for analytics Tech Preferences: React Native (Expo preferred but not required) or Flutter Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Storage) — open to AWS if dev prefers Google Maps API for geofencing Clean UI/UX, performant animations, easy tab navigation What We Provide: Full UI screen mockups for student and business views Firebase project if needed (or open to dev's stack) Detailed functional specs for geolocation logic To Apply: Please include: Links to similar apps or projects (especially with location or analytics features) Your preferred stack and approach for MVP A rough timeline you’d follow
