Hello. We’re a small right-of-way consulting firm (~75 employees) preparing to fully migrate our operations from Google Workspace and other systems to Microsoft 365 by year-end (or sooner). We are NOT looking for help with email/domain migration — our IT provider is handling that. This role is focused exclusively on designing and implementing Microsoft 365-based solutions for our project management and team collaboration workflows. What We Need: - Review and map our current tools (Google Sheets, Smartsheet, etc.) to appropriate Microsoft 365 applications. - Configure and implement collaboration systems using: - Teams - Planner - To Do - Power Automate - Power Apps (optional but ideal) - SharePoint Online - OneNote - Integration with Egnyte (for co-editing support). - Help transition forms and reports from Smartsheet to Microsoft 365 (e.g., Power Apps, Forms, Lists). - Create dashboards and reports for team and management visibility. Project Scope: We support two departments (Right of Way & Survey/Mapping) across two regions (Oklahoma & Texas), each with slightly different tracking/reporting needs. A spreadsheet outlining our current tools and desired MS equivalents is attached. Next Steps: We’ll hold a short consultation call with shortlisted applicants to: - Walk through our current setup and business processes. - Discuss possible MS365 solutions. - Receive estimated timeframes and budgets for the proposed setup. Note: Final decision will be made after we present selected candidates and their proposals to corporate leadership. We’re looking for someone who is: - A certified Microsoft 365 professional (preferably a Solutions Architect). - Experienced in Power Platform and SharePoint-based collaboration tools. - Able to consult on structure, automation, and migration strategies.
