Job Title: Contract Recruiter for Restoration Company – $1,500 Per Hire | Milestone-Based Job Description: Restoration Network, a family-owned fire, water, and storm restoration company based in Maple Grove, MN, is hiring a contract recruiter to help us grow our team with high-quality, long-term candidates. We are seeking a proactive, experienced recruiter who can source, screen, and coordinate interviews for key roles such as: - Exterior Storm Sales Representatives (100% commission) - Xactimate Estimator - Project Manger - Business Development Representative - Bookkeeper with HR experience This is a remote, performance-based contract role ideal for someone with experience in trades or high-volume recruiting, with milestone payments totaling $1,500 per successful hire. Payment Structure (Per Hire): - Milestone 1: $300 – Kickoff of candidate search - Milestone 2: $600 – Candidate starts employment - Milestone 3: $600 – Candidate remains employed 90 calendar days What You’ll Be Responsible For: - Writing and optimizing job posts (collaborative effort) - Sourcing candidates via Indeed, LinkedIn, etc. - Screening resumes and conducting initial outreach - Coordinating interviews with our internal team - Following up through the hiring process Ad Spend Policy: We will pay for any job ad placements (Indeed, Wizehire, etc.) with prior approval. You are expected to focus first on organic sourcing, resume mining, and outreach.
