Preconstruction & Estimating Consultant
Hourly: $10.00 - $30.00
We’re working on an project to improve the efficiency of the preconstruction process and are seeking experienced preconstruction professionals to provide feedback on scopes & bid items. We would like you to participate in a 60-minute zoom session and complete short, guided tasks OR share feedback on specific topics/pages discussed during the session. You will need desktop/laptop computer for zoom screen sharing, experience in construction estimating or bidding and be comfortable reviewing construction drawings and scope documents. Compensation is $40 per 60-minute session, with 1–2 sessions expected initially and potential for future paid opportunities. We need: Subcontractors with estimating experience who regularly bid to General Contractors (GCs). General Contractors with estimating experience who scope out the project and coming up with trade specific bid forms.
