Title: Experienced Behavioral Health Credentialing and Workflow Specialist Needed — No Beginners Description: We are a behavioral health group based in Illinois looking for a highly experienced credentialing and healthcare operations specialist. We need a professional to audit and improve our current systems for provider onboarding, note storage organization, and billing workflow efficiency. Important: Do not apply unless you have direct experience credentialing behavioral health providers with Medicare, Medicaid, MCOs, and private insurance in the United States. We are not looking for generalists, virtual assistants, or beginners. Scope of Work: Review our credentialing and onboarding process for new providers Review our system for storing clinical notes (focused on organization and ease of retrieval) Review our billing workflow for efficiency and structure Provide clear, actionable feedback and recommendations Ideal Candidate: 3+ years credentialing behavioral health providers Strong understanding of payer systems in Illinois (Medicaid, Medicare, MCOs, commercial insurance) Organized, direct, and able to suggest improvements clearly Previous experience optimizing back-end systems for growing healthcare groups This is a one-time audit project with the possibility for additional consulting work if successful.
