Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented freelancer with strong PDF editing and design skills to help us update our lab requisition form. The form is currently in PDF format and needs several edits, including: Minor text updates (e.g., replacing outdated terminology) Adjusting layout elements for clarity and consistency Ensuring alignment and spacing are professional and print-ready Possibly adding or replacing checkboxes, logos, or headers Requirements: Experience with professional PDF editing tools (Adobe Acrobat, InDesign, or equivalent) Strong attention to detail Ability to maintain a clean, medical/professional look Experience working with healthcare or lab forms is a plus Ability to turn around small edits quickly
