Need an editor for my book

I have a 250-310 page book. This book was written using pen and paper. I will need someone to rewrite this- edit it, fix the grammar, etc. It's going to take a little bit of work. I can probably figure out how to copy this and upload it electronically for you, but just need some support in how to turn that scanned document into something you can edit. This will need re-written, grammar updated, spacing updated, etc. This is something that probably is going to need 1-3 edits.
