Job Title: Content & Social Media Strategist (Personal Finance & Wealth Branding) Company: Family Financial LLC + Wisdom to Be Wealthy Book Location: Remote (U.S.-based preferred) Type: Part-Time Reports to: CEO About the Role We're looking for a strategic, high-level thinker who can immerse themselves in our flagship message—Wisdom to Be Wealthy: Accelerate to the Top 1%—and translate that into compelling content across social platforms, Kajabi, and Mailchimp. You'll be the voice and tone behind the brand, working directly with the CEO to drive visibility, engagement, and lead generation. Responsibilities Read and internalize the company’s book to align all messaging with the Family Office Blueprint Create a weekly content calendar for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Write original, non-AI-sounding content: captions, email sequences, hooks, and social posts Strategize and oversee social media campaigns that drive traffic and leads Use Kajabi for managing email sequences, course content, and sales funnels Use Mailchimp for newsletters, segmenting audiences, and tracking campaign performance Engage with social media followers, build community, and monitor trends Track and report on engagement metrics and recommend improvements Qualifications 2+ years in social media/content strategy, preferably in personal finance, coaching, or thought leadership U.S. English fluency and excellent writing/editing skills—must be able to match brand voice Experience with Kajabi and Mailchimp (required) Familiar with FB, Linked in, Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts. Understanding of wealth creation, legacy planning, or entrepreneurial mindset (preferred) Strong judgment around tone, timing, and platform voice Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Nice to Have Experience managing contractors or working with video editors Graphic design (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite) Project management tools (ClickUp) to track productivity and metrics Compensation Hourly or salaried depending on experience ($30–$60/hr U.S. range) Bonus potential tied to brand growth and engagement metrics Flexible remote schedule
