Skilled Editor w/ Business Book Experience Needed

I’m in need of a skilled writer with experience writing or editing business books to help me take a “rough draft” manuscript and turn it into a working draft manuscript suitable for publishing. I’m assuming that part of the job at hand requires: • Correct areas that need it, such as sentence fragments, run on sentences, areas where we may talk in circles, etc. • Provide thoughts/suggestions for ways to improve the manuscript. (Are there sections that don’t make sense? Areas that need more context to them? Areas that are too long and need to be trimmed?) Current working document is approx. 55,000 words, and I’m hoping to have a final manuscript that is 55,000+ words. It is important that no AI is used in any rewriting of any sections. When replying, please explain your background writing in the business space… or why you feel you would be a good fit for this project. THE CURRENT BUDGET IS A PLACE HOLDER. This is my first book, so I’m not sure what’s a fair rate for this kind of work would be, so I’m making my “best guess” for now. By all means, please when you respond please let me know what your acceptable rate would be for a project of this size and scope. Finally, I’m also open to hire you to do a 1000-word sample before committing to the main job so we can all see how well we work together. :-) P.S.
