This project-based role requires designing event announcement cards, coordinating with Staples for printing, and ensuring timely delivery for a June 21st launch event. Key Responsibilities Design & Creative (60%) Create visually striking announcement cards for a dual-session virtual launch event Develop cohesive visual identity incorporating healthcare navigation themes, summer solstice imagery, and hot air balloon motifs Design in alignment with Jasclepius, LLC branding guidelines (will be provided) Produce both digital versions (for email/social) and print-ready files Create 2-3 concept options before finalizing design Print Production Coordination (30%) Format files according to Staples printing specifications Manage the Staples print order process from submission to completion if possible to clients local Staples in Williston, VT. Select appropriate paper stock, finish, and envelope options within budget. Ensure color accuracy across digital and print versions.
