We’re on the hunt for an experienced digital advertising specialist to promote our upcoming event, the Strategic PM Summit, designed specifically for residential property managers. The goal is to sell 100 tickets by August, leveraging digital ads on Facebook, LinkedIn, and potentially YouTube, along with retargeting campaigns on Google. *About the Event & Audience:* The Strategic PM Summit is a two-day conference in August, exclusively crafted for owners and executives in the residential property management industry. This niche market requires highly targeted marketing efforts. Recently, we’ve observed brands like Second Nature, UpKeep Media, Appfolio, Property Management Inc, and No Luck Leads effectively reaching our audience through digital ads. Ticket price increases every 3 - 4 weeks up to the event, so we have some sense of urgency to built in. *Scope of Work:* Platform Focus: Develop and manage targeted ad campaigns on Facebook and LinkedIn, with potential expansion to YouTube. Retargeting: Implement retargeting strategies across the Google platform to maximize conversions. Creative Direction: Identify and communicate the creative assets needed for the campaigns. We can provide videos, ad designs, and any other media you need. Audience Targeting: Leverage your expertise to effectively reach and engage our niche audience of residential property managers. Performance Monitoring: Track and report on campaign performance, optimizing for ticket sales and ROI. Timeline: Immediate start, with the goal of driving ticket sales up to the event date in August. *Qualifications:* Proven experience in running successful digital ad campaigns on Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Strong understanding of retargeting strategies on Google. Experience targeting niche B2B audiences, ideally within real estate or property management sectors. Ability to work quickly and efficiently to meet tight deadlines.
