Your primary focus will be driving growth through authentic engagement, meaningful conversations, and strategic outreach (not just “posting and ghosting”). Responsibilities: - Engage daily with target audiences on Instagram and LinkedIn. - Like, comment, and DM with intention to foster relationships and boost visibility. - Monitor and respond to comments and DMs using our brand guidelines. - Participate in relevant hashtags and group discussions to expand our reach. - Research and connect with potential partners, collaborators, or influencers. - Track growth analytics; deliver concise weekly reports on engagement and wins. - Bring ideas for community-driven content and growth campaigns. Ideal Qualifications: - Proven experience growing social accounts or communities (examples required). - Deep understanding of our target audience. - Excellent written communication (friendly, casual yet professional, socially aware, and genuine). - Reliable, self-directed, and results-focused. - Familiarity with relevant tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, basic analytics). Bonus Points: - Experience in career development, entertainment industry, diversity in corporate. - Knowledge of Canva or basic content creation. Hours & Compensation: - Part-time/flexible: 5–10 hours/week to start. - $15-28/hr; bonus available for hitting growth milestones.
