What You’ll Be Creating: Short-form UGC videos (15–60 seconds) for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Ads, and Stories Videos should feel organic and native to the platform (not overly scripted or salesy) You’ll speak directly to camera (selfie-style), walking through scenarios like: “Why I ditched corporate health insurance for something more human” “Getting coverage as a self-employed person—finally a real person helped me” “My family finally found health coverage that made sense (without hold music!)” Optional: Voice-over videos using stock or provided clips Include captions, hooks, and clear CTAs ("Get a quote" or “Comment ___”) Ideal Candidates: You’re comfortable filming yourself and can speak clearly and confidently on camera You understand how to hook viewers in the first 3 seconds You can embody our brand tone: warm, clear, empowering, human Experience creating content in niches like health, wellness, lifestyle, or family is a big plus You have good lighting, audio, and a clean filming background (iPhone quality or better is perfect!)
