Experienced Patent Attorney for Tech/Software Patent Filing & Review
I’m seeking a highly experienced U.S.-based patent attorney to help review and finalize the patent process for software and technology I’ve already built. The core innovation is in the functionality and design of a tech/software platform. I already have a full concept developed, including designs and use-case scenarios. What I need: • Review my current documentation and tech to confirm patentability • Assist with drafting a utility patent (and possibly a design patent) • File the patent with the USPTO • Advise on IP protection strategy and software-specific legal risks • Provide guidance on international patent options (optional) Requirements: • Licensed U.S. patent attorney (required) • Experience with tech, software, and/or SaaS patents • Ability to sign an NDA • Previous Upwork experience preferred
