Healthcare Staffing Agency Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to lead and expand our healthcare staffing operations. This individual will serve as our key strategist and operator—responsible for securing contracts, recruiting staff, and optimizing payroll and HR systems. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in healthcare staffing and hands-on experience with GoHighLevel CRM. You will play a critical role in helping us build strong relationships with hospitals, outpatient clinics, and NYC public/private schools to grow our client base and ensure successful placements. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and secure contracts with healthcare facilities and government agencies • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and decision-makers • Oversee recruiting, onboarding, credentialing, and placement of RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and other healthcare staff • Establish and manage efficient payroll, HR, and scheduling systems • Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, JCAHO, and other relevant regulations • Develop and implement SOPs to improve agency operations and staff management • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to leadership Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in healthcare staffing or agency management • Strong knowledge of healthcare staffing regulations, compliance, and credentialing • Proven ability to secure and manage contracts with hospitals, clinics, or government entities • Experience with payroll systems and HR platforms specific to staffing businesses • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills • Proficiency in CRM, ATS, and scheduling software
