We are an established indie podcast network in the true crime field withe several veteran shows in the network, and are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Podcast Audience Growth Specialist to help us expand our listener base. We have already implemented a series of cross promos between all of our network shows, as well as cross promoting with other podcasts, and networks. In addition, we have spent $ for limited advertising, and despite our best efforts, our audience growth has stalled or stagnated. We need someone who can jump start our listener base, and grow the network's audience. The right candidate will have successfully worked with other podcasts and is experienced specifically in that space. Your role will involve developing and implementing tailored marketing strategies, optimizing our podcast for search engines, and leveraging social media and partnerships to increase visibility.
