Simple logo revision

I'm looking for a designer who can open an existing Illustrator logo file and create a new horizontal version (I'll provide exactly what it should look like). See story below for full explanation. This should be a VERY simple project for a good designer. NEED TO HAVE THIS DONE ASAP Here's the story: I hired a designer to create a new logo for a client of mine. So I asked my designer if he would create that new version .. Here were my instructions: 64'' wide x 7.5" high -- only need it with black text no background Take the words "REALTY PARTNERS" and put them on the same line as the "COSTA" text Here is what he delivered as a proof and my client accepted it: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1qDUxvZvagJ5jq8fvdXGx-j30YPIPhvss/view?usp=sharing Lastly, I asked him to deliver this new version in a vector format (preferably .eps) but of course keeping in mind the dimensions in my instructions. It also seams to be very dainty with no boldness. It will just be a blurry mess." And asked for an .eps file. So I asked the designer to give me a good file in .eps format and he has dragged his feet for over a week and today delivered the same file he did a week ago. It is taking too long to get him to give me what I need. I'm looking for a new designer who can either salvage the svg file or start over with the original vertical logo and recreate the horizontal sign logo version, then deliver an .eps vector file I can use to print the sign.
