I looking for a proactive and creative Latin American Social Media Manager to support my growing digital presence. This role includes content scheduling, video editing, caption writing, and community management. The position starts at 10-15 hours per week, with the opportunity to move into a full-time role (40 hours/week) for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities •    Edit and optimize short-form videos (Reels, TikToks) using CapCut, InShot, or similar tools •    Schedule and publish posts via tools like Planoly or Later •    Write and format captions that reflect Dr. Asher’s voice and values •    Maintain and update a content calendar in alignment with strategy •    Repurpose high-performing content across platforms and formats •    Track weekly engagement metrics (views, saves, comments, DMs) •    Help manage community interaction (respond to comments, questions, and messages) •    Collaborate with Dr. Asher on content planning, partnership needs, and campaign timelines •    Stay up to date on relevant trends in sexual abuse recovery Ideal Candidate •    Based in Latin America and fluent in English •    Familiar with U.S. Audiences and social content formats •    2+ years of experience in social media management, content planning, and video editing •    Confident using editing tools like CapCut, InShot, Canva •    Organized, detail-oriented, and self-managed •    Experience working with creators, influencers, or brands supporting survivors of sexual abuse is a plus.
