Create an audio file from a transcription
I have a 30-minute video; I need an excellent voice-over. I have transcribed the audio and the original audio file. There will be some minor changes in the transcribed file. This is a fixed-price job. I will post the following milestones on Upwork. 1. 10% complete 2. 30% complete 3. 50% complete 4. 75% complete 5. 100% completed 6. Approved This may require more than one try. It will be essential that you keep pace with the video. I will provide a transcript and the video file to the resource selected. A business tone is critical. 1. I do not accept any offer with an escalation fee - I will remove your name from the list 2. Each resource needs to provide me with a 5-minute voice recording. No recording - no consideration for the job. 3. I need a fixed price from each candidate. 4. The best voice (IMO) and the lowest cost will win this job.
