Real Estate Operations Assistant – Boston (Part-Time/In-Person Hybrid) We’re a small but growing real estate company with three branches: development, property management, and wholesaling. We’re looking for a versatile and highly organized assistant to support daily operations across all areas of the business. Responsibilities: Assist with development project tracking, budgets, and contractor coordination Respond to tenant maintenance issues and coordinate service calls Manage spreadsheets and CRM data for real estate wholesaling Perform online research and data entry related to property records Help organize company files, permits, invoices, and tasks Qualifications: 1+ year admin or ops experience in real estate/construction preferred Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and basic tech tools Strong attention to detail and communication skills Located in Greater Boston and able to work from our office occasionally Flexible hours, great learning opportunity, room to grow with the company.
