Title: Aerospace Technical Data Package & Qualification Documentation Specialist (SAR Process) Description: We are a Department of Defense–certified aerospace defense contractor seeking a U.S.-based engineer to develop a complete Technical Data Package (TDP) and part‑qualification documentation in support of a DoD Source Approval Request (SAR). This one‑time engagement will follow the DLA RPPOB process (DODI 4140.57; DFARS 252.227‑7013) and produce all materials needed for official SAR submission. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with DLA Aviation via the AMPS portal to gather demand data and any existing drawings. Inspect and nondestructively scan (CT scan) Government‑provided parts. Generate 3D CAD models and detailed engineering drawings using GD&T standards. Compile and format all deliverables into a compliant SAR package per the JACG SAM Handbook. Prepare technical narratives, bill of materials, and process descriptions for submission.
