We’re a growing services business looking to build a simple, powerful reporting system to track performance and support decision-making. We already have a billing/payroll specialist, but need help with metrics, analysis, and financial visibility. Project Scope (10–20 hours): Define 5–10 core KPIs (e.g., profit per job, labor % of revenue, cash flow forecast) Build weekly/monthly dashboards (Google Sheets or Excel) Pull data from QuickBooks, Gusto, and internal job tracking sheets Create templates and document the handoff for an offshore analyst Recommend what we should stop tracking to reduce noise Requirements: Strong financial analysis experience (FP&A or similar) Proficient in QuickBooks and Google Sheets/Excel Bonus: Experience supporting service-based businesses (law, court reporting, consulting, etc.) Must be able to work independently and communicate clearly Engagement: 1–3 week project, ~10–20 hours total.
