I own a house in Boulder, CO and currently have 3 vacant rooms I need to fill fast. I’m looking for a resourceful assistant who can take full ownership of the lead generation, follow-up, and showings coordination process to help me get these rooms rented. You’ll get set up listings and quick answers to any questions. Your job is to post the listing to new groups, message leads, follow up, and fill the rooms fast. If you’re organized, proactive, and can think for yourself, this will be smooth and rewarding. ⸻ Your Responsibilities: • Post and maintain listings on Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, Zillow, SpareRoom, Roomies, Airbnb, etc. • Join housing Facebook groups and respond to “housing wanted” posts • DM or email local renters with a friendly, persuasive message • Track leads in a shared spreadsheet or Notion • Schedule showings (in-person or virtual) and coordinate with me • Follow up with ghosted leads and update their status • Suggest other platforms or methods if something isn’t working ⸻ Who I’m Looking For: • Strong written English and fast response time (within a couple hours) • U.S.-based or available during Mountain Time hours • Familiarity with U.S. housing platforms and rental culture • Takes initiative, asks smart questions, and communicates clearly • Comfortable working solo with high trust and high ownership ⸻ Job Details: • Hourly: $10–15/hr depending on experience • 5–10 hours/week to start • Bonuses: $100 for each room filled with a 12 month lease, $5 for each qualified showing • Duration: 1–3 months, with potential for more work if it goes well ⸻ To Apply, Please Answer: 1.
