1. Project Overview Our goal is to develop: • A Professional Pitch Deck: A visually engaging presentation used in the recruitment of Association Membership. • An Association Brochure: A high-quality printed and digital brochure that provides an overview of our organization, its goals, activities, and benefits of membership. ________________________________________ 2. Scope of Work The selected contractor will be responsible for: 2.1 Pitch Deck: • Designing a presentation that will be periodically updated. • Developing 5-7 slides, including sections such as: o Mission and Vision o Leadership Team o Core Services o Membership Options o Call-to-Action • Providing multiple editable formats (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides). 2.2 Association Brochure: • Designing a professional and cohesive layout. • Crafting concise, compelling copy (in collaboration with our team). • Incorporating infographics and high-quality visuals. • Delivering print-ready and digital versions (PDF). 2.3 General Requirements: • Aligning with our brand guidelines. • Ensuring all materials are accessible, engaging, and inclusive. • Incorporating feedback during the revision process (up to 4 rounds of revisions). ________________________________________ 3.
