Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced individual to assist with preparing accurate estimates and invoices using Xactimate. This role is crucial in supporting our restoration/construction/insurance claim operations by ensuring all documentation is timely, clear, and aligns with industry standards. Responsibilities: Create detailed estimates in Xactimate based on provided scopes, inspections, photos, or notes. Generate professional invoices for submission to clients and insurance companies. Review estimates for accuracy and completeness. Communicate with project managers and adjusters as needed. Keep organized records of all estimates and invoices. Requirements: Proficiency in Xactimate (required). Experience in insurance restoration, construction estimating, or similar fields. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple jobs simultaneously. Excellent communication skills. Preferred: Experience working with insurance adjusters. Knowledge of property restoration (water/fire/mold/storm damage).
