I am seeking an individual to call senior age patients to schedule their first home health care visit as a part of a state run program. These patients are already aware that they will be receiving a call-- all we need to do is schedule their first visit. I need somebody with strong communication skills that can speak slowly and clearly. Detail oriented and able to input data into a simple shared spreadsheet to confirm appointment times etc.
