Your work will free up Tyler’s time to close deals and expand the agency—making you an essential part of our growth story. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Client Success & Communication • Answer inbound calls and speak directly with seniors in a warm, patient, and respectful manner. • Schedule appointments with clarity and precision. • Follow up with clients and prospects to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. • Offer reassurance, empathy, and confidence to our clients during every interaction. Operations & CRM Management • Own the RadiusBob CRM—you’ll enter and maintain accurate data, update records, and create reports. • Process Medicare applications and track important documents. • Support compliance tasks and ensure everything is properly stored and submitted. • Look for ways to streamline and improve workflows—we want your ideas. ⸻ What We’re Looking For Required • Demonstrated experience using RadiusBob or similar CRMs. • Strong administrative skills: data entry, scheduling, and email follow-up. • Excellent phone skills: calm, courteous, and confident—especially when speaking to seniors. • Dependable, self-motivated, and organized. • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
