The ideal candidate will expertly set up QuickBooks, automate core accounting processes, and potentially integrate advanced budgeting features to support accurate financial tracking and streamlined workflows. Key Responsibilities QuickBooks Setup & Customization: Assess our current financial processes and configure QuickBooks for optimal functionality. Set up charts of accounts, invoicing templates, bank feeds, and user roles. Process Automation: Identify repetitive tasks and implement automation to reduce manual data entry.
