We are seeking an physician experienced or knowledge of Physician Compensation and Compliance to support ongoing litigation, audit, and regulatory review related to physician compensation models, financial transparency, and healthcare compliance. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of RVU-based compensation, fee-for-service and pay-for-performance structures, and knowledge of CMS guidelines, Stark Law, the Anti-Kickback Statute etc is beneficial. This role involves evaluating compensation frameworks, benchmarking against standards like MGMA and or MedPAC standards, and assessing compliance with federal and state healthcare laws. Prior experience with compensation audits or testifying as an expert witness in healthcare compensation disputes is beneficial.
