Virtual Assistant Job Post: Real Estate Deal Finder (Part-Time/Flexible)

Seeking a proactive, highly resourceful Virtual Assistant to source investment opportunities and find listing leads for our growing real estate business. The ideal candidate must already have experience and need no training, strong understanding of basic deal analysis (rent vs. mortgage, ROI), Familiarity with Zillow/Redfin/Realtor.com/AirDNA/PropStream/MLS( or similar tools), Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision. If you have experience in the South Florida/Miami Market even more specifically that is a plus. Fluent in both English and Spanish required. Bonus: experience using CRM systems (e.g., Follow Up Boss, Salesforce, etc.) Main Responsibilities: Research and identify investment properties that meet specific criteria, including- *Condos that rent well and pay for themselves *Airbnb/short-term rental opportunities *Fix-and-flip properties *Find potential seller leads for me to list in my farming area (expired listings, FSBOs, distressed properties, motivated sellers) Additionally this may also include- *Monitor and source off-market and listed properties (MLS, Zillow, Realtor.com, etc.) *Provide daily or regular property reports with key deal metrics (purchase price, rent estimates, ROI projections) *Create organized spreadsheets or CRM entries for leads *Contact listing agents (as needed) to collect additional property information *Stay proactive with follow-ups on leads and price reductions Compensation: - Hourly pay or fixed weekly rate, depending on experience Performance Bonuses: - If you help source a deal that results in a closed sale or listing for me, you will receive a bonus payout (amount based on the size of the deal). - Room for growth into a bigger role as the business expands!
