We will be receiving nine updated contact lists from colleagues. They will be in different formats, but most likely in Excel. We need to add them to our existing MailChimp database as the first task. The second task is to present these combined databases as one unit to our client, a state government, for their inspection. We have had trouble with MailChimp cutting key data like city/state out of the databases when we export them back for download. The client needs to know where the contacts live/work. So task 2 must include a combined database external to MailChimp that we can present to the client.
