We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Assistant Bidder to support our team in sourcing, preparing, and submitting bids for local, state, and federal government contracts for goods and services. This is an hourly, remote position. Candidates must track and submit time via Upwork. You’ll be working closely with our lead contract strategist and operations team to ensure bids are accurately prepared and submitted on time. ✅ Key Responsibilities: Identify and monitor bidding opportunities across various platforms (SAM.gov, local procurement portals, state vendor systems, etc.). Assist with completing, compiling, and submitting proposals in accordance with government guidelines. Maintain and organize bid documents, templates, past submissions, and compliance checklists. Track deadlines, pre-bid meetings, and submission requirements for each opportunity. Collaborate with internal team members to gather required technical and pricing information. Assist in creating and maintaining bid calendars and status reports. Help draft responses to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and ITBs based on provided templates or prior examples. Conduct basic market research to support pricing strategies. Review solicitation requirements and ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
