I’m seeking a Virtual Personal Assistant to help manage day-to-day tasks and ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have meticulous organizational skills and be highly proficient with technology. Experience with AI tools is a plus! Responsibilities: Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and tasks. Handle email correspondence, document organization, and digital filing. Assist with project management and task tracking. Conduct research and present summaries of findings. Work with AI tools to optimize workflows, automate processes, and handle AI-related tasks. Assist with various administrative and operational tasks as needed. Requirements: Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong proficiency in technology (calendar management, productivity tools, cloud storage, etc.). Experience with or a willingness to learn AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, automation tools). Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello). Knowledge of AI software and tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Zapier). Experience in data entry and document management. Job Type: Part-time or Full-time (depending on availability). Fully remote.
