We are looking for an experienced bookkeeper to manage the financial records for two separate companies. This is an ongoing position requiring regular attention to expense categorization and leading weekly team meetings to review financial status. Key Responsibilities * Maintain accurate and separate financial records for two companies * Categorize all business expenses with precision and consistency * Lead weekly team meetings to review financial status and reports * Reconcile bank and credit card statements * Prepare clear financial reports for management review Requirements * Proven track record (3+ years) managing books for multiple companies simultaneously * Experience leading financial review meetings with team members * Strong communication skills to explain financial concepts to non-finance personnel * Demonstrated attention to detail in expense categorization * Availability for weekly scheduled meetings Important: Software Experience & Certifications Please provide detailed information about: 1.
