I’m looking for a detail-oriented, experienced bookkeeper who can also provide real estate transaction management and other compliance related tasks associated with multiple LLC and real estate transactions. You will manage ongoing accounting, compliance, reporting, and managing closing with escrow companies for a small portfolio of real estate LLCs and partnerships. You must have experience with QuickBooks Online, multi-entity real estate accounting, state-level compliance filings, and managing real estate acquisitions and sales. (especially in CA, NV, ID, and WA). Part-time role starting with a few hours a week, with increased hours as transactions increases and around month-end closes and year-end tax prep. There’s potential to grow into a 20+ hour/week engagement as my portfolio expands. - Weekly Tasks: Enter and categorize transactions in QuickBooks Online Reconcile bank and credit card accounts Handle light accounts payable and receivable Communicating and managing escrow and title companies for active project - Monthly Tasks: Close out books for each LLC and partnership Prepare financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, and cash flow) Create investor and partnership-level reports Organizing and managing all documents related to transactions - Annual / Compliance Support: Assist with year-end coordination with CPA for tax filing Track and submit LLC compliance filings in California, Nevada, Idaho, and Washington Maintain organized compliance records and filing calendar - Tools We Use: QuickBooks Online (QBO) Microsoft OneDrive, Teams, Excel, Word Go High Level CRM Google docs, sheets, and shared drives
