Artist for isometric RPG

Hi. I'm Hyrum. I'm creating an isometric top-down RPG. It takes place in 2017 and is set in an unnamed city. For now, I just need a single city block with a highway overpass (billboards, flickering lights, ads,) a dead-end (parked cars, barriers,) a diner, a main street intersection (neon signs, bustling NPCs, faction graffiti,) an apartment building, a series of dark alleyways, a high-rise apartment, and an old office building on the far side.
