Non-commercial WordPress site needs maintenance

My non-commercial website is experiencing some programming glitches and the backend of it needs some basic maintenance work; plug-ins and updates, etc. The site is hosted by GoDaddy and uses a WordPress format that's designed with Envato's Themeforest 'Newspaper.' At present, when I attempt to upload new content into the editor/layout page, it disappears when I try to save the draft. So that glitch needs to be corrected and the rest of the updates and plug-ins need to be installed. I'm getting 'update failed' notices now. (Screenshots Attached) I also seem to be having an indexing issue with some of the site's pages, which I believe is lowering the site's visibility on searches, so hopefully that can be fixed as well. Most of the pages appear to be classified as 'Orphaned Content' without appropriate inbound links. I have a Yoast Premium subscription and I want to make sure the site is getting the most out of that as well. I am looking for a relatively fast turnaround with this maintenance and updating project.
