Professional Architectural + Aerial Photographer Needed – Dallas, TX

We’re seeking a skilled exterior/architectural photographer with aerial (drone) capabilities based in the Dallas, TX area to capture high-resolution images of amenity canopies at two luxury residential complexes in the 75225 and 75219 zip codes. Scope of Work - Capture detailed drone (aeiral) and ground-level photos of architectural canopies, emphasizing their design, structure, and integration with turf roof systems featured on top. - Highlight material finishes, including faux woodgrain cladding, aluminum elements, and the surrounding amenity environments (with wide shots that include the canopy within context). - Deliver a variety of angles, elevations, and compositions that visually express the architectural quality and details. - Document vertical structural elements that correspond with the canopy design when applicable. Requirements - Based in or around Dallas, TX. - Professional experience in building/architectural and drone photography. - Able to shoot in natural lighting conditions, with an eye for composition and detail. - Ability to edit and deliver final high-res images ready for marketing use (editing is optional if you dont have the ability to do so). Shoot Deadline: June 3, 2025 - Final edited images due shortly after (to be discussed). - Once we receive your availability (dates and times), we will reach out to the properties to coordinate and confirm access.
