We’re seeking a qualified poultry nutritionist to create a custom feed formula for ducks in the laying stage, suitable for manufacturing through multiple U.S.-based mills. The formula should: Be optimized for laying ducks, but also safe for drakes and backyard chickens Include 16–18% protein, high niacin, and appropriate levels of calcium, phosphorus, vitamins, and trace minerals Meet a 6-month shelf life standard, with the use of natural antioxidants if needed Be in crumble or crumble/pellet mix format (non-floating) Use non-GMO ingredients (certification not required) Deliverables: A complete nutrient specification sheet that can be shared with feed manufacturers (Optional but preferred) a mixing/formulation guide with ingredient ratios by weight or percentage This formula will be used in multiple facilities and must be adaptable to standard U.S. poultry feed manufacturing.
