We are looking for a Content Designer and Specialist to support our product marketing team. Your primary responsibility will be to take high-quality input, such as messaging outlines, copy drafts, and raw video walkthroughs, and transform them into clean, professional-looking sales materials and enablement content. We are looking for someone with strong formatting, layout, and organizational skills who can bring structure and polish to content in visual and written form. You will work closely with product marketing and have access to clear brand guidelines, copy direction, and design guidelines. Example Projects Transform a Google Doc of bullet points for an internal training into a polished 6-slide deck. Draft a two-page customer guide based on a high-level outline and example deck. Edit a product walkthrough video into a polished, shareable video. Responsibilities Turn copy into clean, on-brand slide decks using Canva Design one-pagers with consistent formatting and visual hierarchy. Apply brand standards using provided templates, fonts, icons, and style guides Use iMovie to edit internal training videos (cutting, trimming) Organize final assets in shared Google Drive folders and Notion libraries Tools We Use: Google Slides, Docs, and Drive Canva and iMovie Figma (basic navigation) Notion for project and content tracking
