We are a fast-growing startup in the PropTech space, delivering managed Wi-Fi solutions to Class A, market-rate, and luxury multifamily properties. We're seeking a skilled freelance animator or video editor to turn a completed script into a polished, on-brand animated video ad (~60) for use on our website, LinkedIn, and sales outreach. What You’ll Do: * Create a high-quality animated explainer video based on our script (voiceover-ready or you can help us source one) * Use motion graphics and clean, modern transitions to tell our brand story * Match visual style with our logo, color palette, and luxury brand tone * Include background music and professional voiceover (optional, please indicate if you offer this) Ideal Candidate Has: - A portfolio of animated ads, product videos, or explainer videos - Experience working with tech, B2B, or real estate brands - Strong aesthetic sense: clean, minimalist, and professional style - Ability to communicate luxury and trust visually Bonus: Experience with SaaS, PropTech, or Smart Home/IoT branding Deliverables: 1 finished video (~60, 16:9 format) Option for square or vertical cut for social media (optional) All working files + commercial rights
