Hello! Thank you for your interest in this project! I'm looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented formatter (or editor with strong formatting skills) to help prepare a monthly booklet. The content will be finalized and ready to go - your primary responsibility will be formatting it beautifully and consistently within an already-designed template. Project Details: Just a quick heads-up - the booklet I’m working on is faith-based (Christian devotional style). It’s nothing extreme or preachy - it's based in the Anglican/Episcopalian tradition - but I always like to be transparent in case someone prefers not to work on religious content. Type of content: A simple devotional booklet based on the daily office lectionary. Think of back in the day when monks and clergy would pray at set times during the day - morning prayer, noonday, evening, right before bed. In the 1500s this expanded to the laity (non-clergy). The main prayers are included in the Book of Common prayer today but they are complicated to do. I want to make an accessible version of that for people in the real (busy) world today. Tone: Accessible and practical—designed to help busy people pray the Daily Office without flipping between multiple books or sources or ribbons! Audience: A niche group seeking a printed (not electronic), thoughtfully structured prayer guide for daily use. What You’ll Do: Format provided content using a template in Word. Apply consistent styles: left-aligned, paragraph blocks, psalm-style indented text (bonus if you know the proper name for this style!) Use bold, italics, and spacing as guided. Flag any minor errors you notice. Ensure a smooth, eye-friendly flow that is aesthetically pleasing. Ideal Candidate: Excellent attention to detail and consistency Familiarity with editorial or publishing layout best practices. (FYI, right now I'm probably going to use Lulu and potential IngramSpark) Comfortable working within defined style guides and templates Bonus: Experience with liturgical or religious texts (not required, but helpful) Scope & Timeline: This is a monthly or recurring project (at least until we complete a full liturgical cycle) Workload is light-to-medium - likely a few hours each month once the rhythm is established If you’re someone who loves making content clean, clear, and beautiful on the page - and who appreciates thoughtful, purpose-driven work- I’d love to hear from you!

I am hoping to hire someone who can help make my proposal special. I am unsure of the song, but I am open to suggestions. I need someone available in New York City towards the end of May 2025. The violinist would roughly need to be there for 60 minutes.
