LEAPS Division Branding Project Company Overview: Our Company, Neta Scientific, Inc., has been a leading distributor of laboratory supplies, solutions, and safety products to the Life Science and Pharmaceutical industries for 25 years. Founded by Winfred and Garnetta Sanders, Neta Scientific, Inc. is a family-owned and operated business based in Marlton, NJ. Our Laboratory Equipment Asset Procurement Services (LEAPS) division is a fully integrated business that provides new and existing customers within the life science industry with convenient access to end-to-end lab services and insights. The LEAPS division combines OEM contract administration, CAPEX Procurement Services and transparent reporting with tier 1 diversity spend and cost savings, to ultimately drive operational efficiencies and economic outcomes nationwide. Project Overview : Branding our LEAPS divisions and developing a marketing plan to target major pharma, higher learning and midsize biotech companies with emphasis on our procurement and asset management services. • Design a marketing campaign/plan to target o major pharma o universities o midsize biotech/biopharma companies o focusing on our CAPEX procurement • The marketing plan should highlight our extensive experience with major pharma, our technological capabilities, and our skillset. • Emphasize the added value we provide, including significant cash discounts and other benefits for our clients. • Create/improve upon the LEAPS brand; we previously had a logo in place (to be provided to the marketing company) and would like to modernize our approach and keep it consistent with current Neta image • Campaigns: campaigns should be professionally focused (less focus on social media, more B2B based routes: professional societies/organizations, email blasts, research blogs or discussion forums, and recommendations from the marketing firm) • Capability statement, help create a white paper style analysis of the efficacy of LEAPS CAPEX Procurement services over the years and improvements made over time to its process. (Add supporting docs to SharePoint to submit together) • Create a graphical representation of the services LEAPS offers, right now we have this diamond that we like to use, something similar? • Positioning Statement Development: Create a positioning statement that encapsulates the LEAPS' unique attributes and value. • Messaging Framework: Develop a consistent messaging framework that addresses key value propositions, benefits, and company values. • Value Proposition Refinement: Define and refine the value propositions to ensure they are clear, compelling, and relevant to the 3 target audiences. • Content Creation: Develop general marketing materials (e.g., website content, LinkedIn posts, case studies, short videos of how our process works, etc.) Market Research and Analysis: LEAPS Target customers, Who, What, Why and How to reach (TED) Brand Positioning Strategy: Consistent Branding to new campaigns that adhere to our corporate Branding guidelines.
