Newsletter and blog formatting in Square Space

My client runs a boutique hotel in Colorado and would like to hire someone who knows Squarespace to help with formatting periodic marketing communications: 1. Format one quarterly newsletter - written content would be provided 2. Format monthly blog posts - written content would be provided. Imagery sourcing can be discussed. The hotel is gorgeous and client could provide imagery when needed. Stock could also be used. The client is interested in having a flat fee to perform these tasks. What would you charge to do the job 1. including sourcing imagery for the blog and newsletter, and 2. what would you charge if all imagery is provided? We look forward to hearing from you. The plan would be to test out the process for 6 months with the option to extend into an ongoing project, same scope. Thank you for considering this project!
